Another Chance to Help an Amazing Organization
If you remember back to our Christmas 2010 efforts, KnowledgeLake discovered a special organization (Our Little Haven) that provides a safe, healing environment for children suffering from abuse and neglect. They are dedicated to finding that spark inside young children and turning it into a flame that cultures confidence; a feeling of love and ultimately a hope for the future. The Our Little Haven Vision Statement is simple: “Creating a Community Where Children Are Cherished.” The KnowledgeLake team worked together in December 2010 to collect items from the Our Little Haven (OLH) wish list. These items, two truckloads, were delivered on December 21 with much excitement. Our team was humbled to help (in even the smallest way) to make Christmas a little better for this organization. After delivering the wish list items, meeting them and hearing their story in person; we wanted to do so much more.
